Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated by package weight at checkout and starts at $6.50. Orders of $100 or more ship free.
Carrier and Transit Time
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Typical transit time is 2–5 business days after your order ships, but transit times are estimates set by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier marks your order as delivered. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a “Delivered” scan. See our Refund and Returns Policy for how we handle damaged or undelivered orders.
Incorrect Addresses
You are responsible for providing a correct, complete shipping address. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address or an uncollected package are not eligible for a refund; reshipment is at your expense.
