Caffeine-free iced tea

Iced tea without the buzz — and without leaning on sugar. Every tea here is a fruit tisane: hibiscus, dried fruit, petals, no tea leaf, so nothing keeps you up. They cold-brew like everything we make — scoop, chill overnight, pour over ice. A pitcher takes two tablespoons of leaf and costs well under a dollar a glass. Cutting caffeine after noon starts on this shelf.
